Selecting the output via the radio buttons should set the output for all
applications. Or at least, there should be an option in Preferences to make the
radio buttons behave this way. I realize this is an enhancement request and as
such will likely be dismissed. But as enhancement requests go, I think this is
a pretty important one because it's a major PITA to set an output device, and
then dive into the mixer to set the correct output for each application.
