The device order in the sidebar both in tree and bookmark view isn't constant
and fluctuates when you plugin a device, mount or unmount.
Plugin steps:
1. open thunar
2. plugin in a phone
3. it appears at bottom
4. restart thunar
5. now it appears below File System
Unmount steps:
1. open thunar
2. mount a partition
3. unmount partition
4. notice its now at the bottom of the list
The constant order should be
1. File System
2. Internal Partitions
3. External Partitions (USB/Hard Disk)
4. External Devices
