OK. Thanks. I also am translating Mandriva to galician. In that project they have a person that receives all translations (a bundle of the translated .po files) from all translators and then he updates the .po files syncronizing them with the latest version of .pot files. Then he uploads the result to the server. I suppose that this way is similar to the way that you explained of send the .po files to a comitter.
