It is very simple, really.
First, you'll have to download the source file of the branch you want
from the top of the lanuages list, and translate at least one string
through your favourite PO editor.
Then, scroll down under the languages list and click on the "Add a new
translation" button. Select your file in the "Local file field", and
enter the target file as "po/<lang>.po" in the third field.
Add a commit message, and click Send.
