[Xfce-i18n] Translate splash engine strings like "Starting the Desktop Manager"

In Xubuntu session and startup settings i see a splash tab where i can choose spalsh engines that shows an image during login and some text like "Starting the Desktop Manager". 

The one called Mice says:
Mice Splash Engine
4.12.1
Benedikt Meurer
http://www.xfce.org/

Can these strings be translated?
