I think that it a typo, the right tool is named msgmft. Anyway, I tried
to update the header and upload the updated .po file to Transifex, but
it seems that it is not applied. After I've upload the new file, if I
try to download the new file, the header is still with the default value
"PACKAGE VERSION".
I don't know why, maybe I'm using Transifex wrongly.

I didn't mean that the translations should fix it but rather the person
i charge of all the Xfce translation so it can be fixed in all files.
But yes it seems Transifex does not allow for each translator to change
the header much for some reason.
