[Xfce-i18n] Transifex request (Norwegian Bokmål)

Hello -- some weeks ago I requested joining the Norwegian Bokmål team on 
Transifex. My request has not been accepted yet. I understand things 
might move a bit slower during the summer, but I thought I'd send a 
reminder just in case.

I'm a long-time user of XFCE, and have some experience translating other 
software.
