[Xfce-i18n] Add project description and website link to Transifex dashboard

On Transifex's dashboard page for Xfce it's possible to add some 
information and you click an icon with 3 dots to see it.

Project description, website and such.
Maybe someone can add this information.
That way translators can visit xfce.org from Transifex.
