Actually I would say use the yum version and then from a terminal as root:
# yum install flash-plugin
Oh you know what, Fedora does have that in its repo. I was thinking
Enterprise Linux, where you have to download rpmforge's repo
before using Suvayu's command.
Use Suvayu's command. It is a lot easier.
