Looks like it did not compose on Jan 07. https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/3368/31873368/checkout.log I am not sure what's the cause of failure here. Kevin might know (CC'ed). In the absence of Xfce spin, I suggest using a net install (server) iso and selecting Xfce from the package selection menu. Mukundan.
