I am too.  I adore Xfce and have been using it for more year than
I can remember.

$ rpm -qa xfwm4
xfwm4-4.13.2-1.fc30.x86_64

Any way for me to tell if I am running 4.14 pre something?
4.13.2 still has issues with the panels.
