I have the same problem since my upgrade to Fedora 36, but haven't had
a chance yet to start a troubleshooting session (and I don't even know
where to start).

My symptoms are redshift seemingly working as intended, gradually
bringing the screen to my configuration, and after a few seconds,
blinking back to a regular screen, and then an infinite loop of
gradually applying my screen temperature and abruptly undoing it.
