It's not a bug we can fix in openSUSE but you could request Xfce upstream to
look into it. Looks like a resolution problem and you should be able to resolve
it easily.
Open the print dialog and press Alt+Space to bring up the window menu. Click
resize and you should be able to resize it the way you want. Afterwards it
should remember the size you set.
