Repeat By:

I start a session with or without gdm.

Then I use "new login" menuitem that opens a new gdm login (new session)
or I use startx -- :1 (this is to test that gdm is not involved).

the second server/session gets messed graphics, runs slowly (works for 1/2 second then 
pauses for 2 seconds, loop).

Removing both dri AND glx modules from XF86Config-4 and it works.
Removing dri OR glx modules and it works.

with DRI and GLX I get the above problem.
