Hi Nekalaya!

Hard to make a diagnosis without more information, but I suppose you ran
into some mouse pointer issues known from e.g. some Matrox cards resp.
their drivers. Edit your XF86Config file by hand (should be either
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 or /etc/X11/XF86Config - in that order) and search
for your card's entry within. Check if there is an option "SWCursor" or
"HWCursor" and turn it into its opposite value. If there is no such
option, add this:

   Option "HWCursor" "off"

Hopefully this might help. Do not forget to make a backup of your config
file! ;)
