Hello all, I've got an ATI Radeon 9500 graphics card on a Chaintech 7NJS mobo (nforce2 chipset - AthlonXP 2400+). I tried to load the ATI drivers for the card but it cannot load the agpgart module (it says something about "no bridge found"). I searched a little in the kernel archives and I found out that current kernels (both stable and beta ones) don't support agp on nforce(2) chipsets :-(((( Does anyone in here knows something more about this issue? I currently work with the default drivers (vesa) which means that the monitor works with the minimum frequencies possible. I tried to increase the frequencies via the XF86Config file but no luck. Is there a way to do it (increase the frequencies)? With my current settings I cannot work for more than 10 minutes without a headache! Any help appreciable.
