I'm trying to fit X into <40MB. Does anyone know of good instructions I've been googling my butt off trying to find a set of minimum build instructions.
I'll be using 4.2.1 with linuxfromscratch.org build instructions. What are some good ideas to reduce the final size? In hosts.def I know to only build the target driver (svga in this case) beyond that, I'm not familiar enough to go hacking and chopping and breaking things. I'll get rid of help files and includes, but what else? Any ideas would be appreciated. Cooper. PS - The end goal is as small as possible since I may use this on other projects.
