I have a daemon programmed with xlib that use X to display informations in a "override redirect" windows when X is running. But it crashes when X is stopped (or restarted of course, i.e. in case of log out) and don't receive any event from X. In fact, it crashes when sending request to a dead X server because it hasn't been notified of its dead. Is there a bug in xlib? If not, how can I prevent the daemon crash? Thanks Bitlov
