Thanks to the hint by Marcus Woletz in de.comp.os.unix.linux.hardware (http://groups.google.com/groups?threadm=3E1A02C0.1080809%40woletz.de) I finally found a solution: deleting lines 3463-3468 for 4.2.0 or lines 3466-3471 for 4.3.0 in xc/programs/Xserver/dix/window.c Of course, "BlankTime" has to be smaller than the DPMS-timeouts.
