I use the s3savage_drv.o on my notebook with tv-out. Normally I can switch from LCD to TV without any problems. Now I want to use xine, which can use the drivers Xv and XShm. XShm is slow on my computer but it is shown correctly on tv-out.
Using Xv results in a malformed video frame. The whole desktop is ok on tv, but the xine-window shows only a part of the frame; the rest is filled up with blue color. Moving the xine window has no effect. Is there a possibility to configure Xv in a way, that I can watch my films on tv?
