The leaf Imakefiles in lib/X11/xlibi18n use the REQUIREDLIBS variable in their
Imakefiles. This is unnecessary for libraries and leads to possible errors on
FreeBSD since this causes the shared libraries to be built with references to
-lc, whereas the normal FreeBSD shared libraries reference -lc_r. On FreeBSD,
when the xlcDef.so is loaded, it then loads -lc *on top of* -lc_r which can
cause fatal errors.
