I'm trying to get NeoMagic to use 800x600. So far I'm able to get only 640x480 going.
Compaq Presario 1620 running XFree86-Server-4.3.0 on FreeBSD 4.8. I don't know the refresh rates of my LCD screen but I think that is the reason 800x600 is not being used: (WW) NEOMAGIC(0): LCD: Using default hsync range of 28.00-33.00kHz (WW) NEOMAGIC(0): LCD: using default vrefresh range of 43.00-72.00Hz ... (II) NEOMAGIC(0): Not using default mode "800x600" (hsync out of range) I've been unable to locate refresh rates for this LCD panel.
