Hi, I've installed RedHat 9 recently and I'm having trouble loading the graphical interface. After booting, the system automatically loads the text mode. I've tried to access the graphical interface by typing: startx, gdm, and kdm, but none of those worked. My system returned a "no screens found" and "fatal error 104" although I've configured my screen. I have a Compaq Presario 2100 laptop. I've picked "generic laptop screen 1024x760" which I thought is the closest match. I'm really stuck here because I can't do anything, and I don't know how to re-configure my screen if possible.
