redhat 8.0 gui won't start because i changed the display resolution to
1024 * 768 at 24 bitsper second
the monitor is a lg 500g
845 intel glly original motherboard
we tried xf86 config but the display took bizzare size
tell us more test to pin down the problem
should the installation of the entire software in the 3 cd s solve the
problem , we installed only 75% of the problem
please send us a pointer on how to install new software for our system
