Hello list, does anybody know, if it is possible to get a "dynamic mouse" under XFree86? The xset-tool (IMHO) only provides two different speeds, one for slow move and one for fast. But what I am looking for, is a really "dynamic" (non-linear) mouse, i.e. something like a (user-defined) built-in v^2 or v^3 function. I know, that my old Atari-ST had a tool which provided this. When I moved the mouse very slow, I needed about 50cm to go over the screen, when I moved it fast, I needed only 3-4cm, but not with a "jump" at a certain speed... (If it is not possible yet - wouldn't it be a nice idea for a future XFree-Version? :-)) Please apologize my ugly english ;-)

It's the question and the answer is NO. _______________________________________________ XFree86 mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/xfree86
