If you actually, physically, don't have a mouse, try using the option 
"allowmouseopenfail" in your xf86config-4 file (look at 'man XF86Config')

Also noticed that you're missing the SIS kernel module for DRI, I wonder if 
you haven't got kernel support for a PS2 mouse either?
