I have a few suggestions for your config:
the lines in the server layout should read like this:
Screen 0 "Screen0" 0 0
Screen 1 "Screen1" RightOf "Screen0"
Also, in the device sections remove all these lines:
Option "CloneDisplay" "4"
If that doesn't do it post your log to the list.
When you get regular dualhead up and running, you might want to try
MergedFB. it will allow you to use HW 3D on both heads and also
provides some other options.

Im trying to set up Dual Screen on my FreeBSD 5.1 Release Machine
using a
Hercules Radeon 8500 LE Dual Head ( one VGA and one DVI ) the card
has an
ATI chip. I have had a look at a few configurations of people using the
7000
and I beleive I did find one with a 8500. However I have not had any
luck
getting it to work. The screen I have connected to the VGA is a CRT
with a
vga plug, and the monitor I have connected to the DVI is an LCD with a
vga
plug, so I am using an adaptor.
Does anyone have this sort of setup working, and if so can I get some tips?
