I installed the xserver-xfree86 package and tried to configure it. When starting it, I've just the time to see the cross-cursor of X before it exists. The error is :
"Could not init font path element unix/:7100, removing from list"
and then :
Fatal server error : Could not open default font 'fixed'.
I tried to install xfs, but it didn't change anything.
How can I correct this problem (I use Latest stable debian release on i386 platform) ?
