Hello again, I'm sorry, but I alreday figured out my problem. Since /dev/io is a controlled security hole there are some special restrictions for it. I choosed the "extreme" security level but that blocks /dev/io too. So all in all I caused that problem and it's not a bug of Xfree86 nor of FreeBSD. I'm sorry to have bothered.
