Maybe be the mailing list is not the correct place where to ask for questions.
Mike's answer was a little overly sarcastic, indeed, but if you had searched the list archive only a few days back, you would have seen that the questions you asked have been answered for a number of times.
Some people's ignorance towards already and often and repeatedly given information (AKA the "Can't open font 'fixed'"-phenomenon) can be a little annoying sometimes.
