I am running a fedora linux box. It has dual video cards and dual monitors. Everything works great ... the spanning desktop, the works! However what I'd like to setup is getting the programs I launch to always startup on my 20 inch flatpanel instead of my 17 inch Dell(Sony). Is there a way to "create" a way to tell programs where to start?
