Hi I've got Xfree86 4.3 installed on a Titanium Powerbook with Mac OS 10.2.8. I installed it using Fink Commander, after first removing Apple X11.
Now when I start an application the windows don't open by themselves. Instead I get a small bar which appears at the top left of the screen. Then I click on the screen somewhere and that's where the window appears. Not much of a problem compared to others, but I have to do half a dozen clicks whenever Gimp opens! So if anyone understands what the problem is and can help I'd appreciate it.
