Hi, I've got a Shuttle mobo with the KM266 chipset and ProSavage DDR-K "chip".
I've been using X 4.2.1 and the vesa driver, and was excited when
v4.3.0 was released to Debian. So, I installed 4.3.0, and changed
the
Driver "vesa"
to
Driver "savage"
in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 and ran "startx".
The screen blanked. Changing the driver back to vesa works.
Anything I'm missing? Attached is /etc/X11/XF86Config-4, and the
gzipped XFree86.0.log from when I used the savage driver, and
that from using the vesa driver.
