I�m Marcos Alexandre.
Recently I started to use Linux Slackware 9 in my
computer.A 486DX4-100Mhz, 16MB- RAM, HD 8GB and a video card Trident Tgui9440agi
1MB.
I also used a Conectiva 5 in this PC and hadn�t
problemas, but now the Graphic Platform isn�t initializing.
The configuration is OK, I used xf86cfg --textmode.
But, or the X server do not work, or it works with the video image
messed.
Even if I try others setings to the screen, like
800x600 ou 640x480 with 256 colors, it doesn�t work.
Programs that use VGALIB works, but others that use
SDL don�t. "Coudn�t load SDL: No available video device."
I have no idea about it.
Any?
