Hello, I would like to use the extra keys on the SUN Type 6 keyboard (USB) with Linux. The problem is that five of the keys deliver the same scancodes as others. The 'Open' key for example has scancode 108 and so does the keypad Enter key. This is why I can't remap these keys with xmodmap. The problem only occurs with X, not the console. Is this a bug or is there a solution I don't know anything about? Every key should be recognizable by a unique scancode after all. I am using XFree86 Version 4.3.0.1.
