ldconfig -v solved this problem. Now I can run xset -q and other programs. I get back error unable to open display ":0.0" because my X server is not running. Now when I run xinit (or X, or startx) I have this error Couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to pre-XKB keymap I hope this is the last one before I will have Xfree86 running.
