an while ago the following fix was put into the tree;
133. Fix off-by-one error in the interpration and programming of VGA sync
pulses. This has only been done for atimisc, and should also be for
vgahw and callers, but the complexity of doing so right now far
exceeds
my ability to test such a change (Marc La France).
However I can not figure out which files this affected and what the actual
change was.
If marc or someone could point me a teh cvs change in question I would be
greatly apreciative..
