Hello, I think I'm having a common problem, but the solutions I've found on the web haven't worked for me (yet?):
When I ssh into a remote machine and try to run an X application there displaying it on the local machine, I get the _X11TransSocketINETConnect 111 error. I've removed "-nolisten tcp" from /etc/X11/xinit/xserverrc, I've run ssh with the -X option, and I've done "export DISPLAY=the.remote.machine.ip:0.0" on the remote machine before running the x apps, but I still get this error.
