XFree86 version 4.3.0

sleep 1; xset s activate; sleep 1; xset s activate; sleep 1; xset s activate

The first "xset s activate" activates the screen saver. The second
one *de*activates it. The third one does nothing visible. Actually,
in this state each subsequent "xset s activate" has the effect of "xset
s reset", resetting the timer for automatic screensaver activation.
This also affects DPMS.

This behaviour appears broken.
