Your XFree86 version (4.0.3) is over 4 years old. Upgrade.
Looking through SIS driver docs that come with recent XFree86 versions,
it appears that the sis661fx was first supported in XFree86 4.4.0.
XFree86 4.5.0 is the most recent version.
