Your XFree86 version predates your NVIDIA nForce2 integrated graphics.
You'll either need to update your XFree86 version (minimum 4.3.0,
4.4.0+ recommended) or go to NVIDIA's web site and install their
binary Linux drivers, which should work with your current XFree86
version.
