I don't think "native code" could be the reason why it is there. If it
were, then we could as well dump most of the contrib there because most
of them are xharbour native codes. I am thinking about separating basic
and extended functionality whereby I classified internet/log (just for
example) routines as belong to the later group.

Anyway,things are of no matter to me. I don't have serious problem with
the status-quo as of now.
