YY_BUF_SIZE > 0

* Set YY_BUF_SIZE to 0
* source/macro/macroslx.c
* Set YY_BUF_SIZE to 16384
* source/compiler/harbour.slx
* Modified YY_INPUT and yy_lex_input() to directly use PP buffer
as szLexBuffer
