! fixed bug in a filtered table. Bug reported from comp.lang.xharbour news.
* starting process of clean-up code:
- removed any old commented and unused code.
* changes in TDataCache:
- GetCellColor(), PerformInvalidation() and Invalidate() methods was
moved to default form, instead uses INLINE statement.
- moved ::nLastRow, ::nCurRow and ::nMaxRow vars to HIDDEN.
- created CurRow and LastRow ACCESS/ASSIGN.
