Implemented GTWVT+WVTGUI combined together in GTWVG. This retains the
exact same compatibility which has been achieved previously with rtl/GTWVT
and contrib/WVTGUI.
NOTE: GTWVG can be used in place og GTWVT for pure console
applications too but with added advantage of exploiting GUI elements
plus much more ;TODO: On exit application GPF's. Please check.
