My only guess is to avoid a name collision with the FWH one.
(The 2nd and 3rd params in these funcs are reversed).

Maybe xHarbour's should be renamed hb_StrToken().  Same
for the rest of the __Str....  functions in rtl\hbtoken.c (even if
this don't collide with FWH functions or other 3rd party libs).
