* fixed ukrainian localization, and synced with Harbour, thanks to
Petr Chornyj and Viktor Szakats.
Petr, note, that cp866 does not have a separate code for
"BYELORUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN I", and codes for other ukrainian letters
are different from cp1125.
