dont forget to change inside makefile.bc/ makefile.vc #TIPSSL=1 to TIPSSL=1 
otherwise, it dont compile

This is what I've done:
1. Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package 
(x86)
2. Download and install Win32OpenSSL-0_9_8k.exe
3. SET HB_DIR_OPENSSL = C:\OpelSSL
4. Run C:\xHarbour\make_b32.bat all

But I can't find TIPSSL.LIB anywhere.

What am I missing?
