  * source\rtl\filebuf.c
    - Removed static startup call to hb_vmAtInit( hb_filebuf_init, NULL );
    + Added callable void hb_filebufInit()
  * source\vm\hvm.c
    + Added call to hb_filebufInit() in hb_vmInit()
     ! Fixed GPF trap related to utilization of hb_filebuf system by the 
init modue of other module
       (such as RDD), because execution order of hb_vmAtInit() functions is 
undetermined.
