Andi: Maybe I spoke too soon! Though the problem has the same solution as before as a temporary workaround.
It seems that hbzip.lib is significantly bigger when build under W7 64bit (700+kb) vs the one build under XP 32bit (500+kb). So for now I'll just use the one build under XP until I or someone else can figure what make a 64bit OS build a 32bit lib that doesn't work.
